A few ground rules for PawChaCha.
The service, credit packs, source-media permissions and the limits of AI output.
Operator and availability
PawChaCha is an independently operated pet-video product under the mifanlab brand. Contact pawchacha@mifanlab.com for support or operator information. Template availability and credit quotes are displayed in the studio. Checkout depends on payment-provider activation; see the pricing page for current purchase availability. Only options explicitly shown as available may be ordered.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 16 and legally able to use the service. If you are a minor under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must consent and supervise. Keep sign-in codes private, use your own account and report suspected unauthorized use. Do not evade account restrictions or claim welcome credits repeatedly.
Media rights and permission to process
Upload only media you own or are authorized to process, including movement references and audio. You retain your rights in source media and grant us and the necessary processing providers permission to store, transform and deliver it for your requested task, support and safety review. This is not permission to publish your private uploads in our gallery. Avoid real-person images; if a person appears incidentally, use only your own likeness or material with that person’s explicit permission. Deepfake, face-swap, impersonation and intimate-image features are prohibited even with consent.
One-time packs and task quotes
The USD credit packs are Pup Pack: $6 for 60 credits; Best Friend: $15 for 200 credits; Pack Leader: $30 for 500 credits. They are one-time purchases, do not renew and have no credit-expiry date. The checkout shows the final payable amount and any applicable tax. Credits are service access, not cash or a transferable financial balance. Each task shows its own duration, output options and credit quote before confirmation; a pack does not guarantee a fixed number of videos. A confirmed task reserves credits, settles them after delivery or releases them after confirmed technical failure. A user-requested remake needs a new quote.
AI output and sharing
Available platform dance templates and custom motion use MiniMax H3 (MiniMax-H3) through MiniMax's official China API via the mifanai shared generation service. See the AI Disclosure page for its configuration and the studio for current availability. An AI dance is fictional and may change markings, faces, anatomy, movement or scenery. Examples do not guarantee likeness, timing, quality or suitability for a particular use. You must review results and obtain any additional rights needed for publication or commercial use, including audio rights. We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection of generated material. PawChaCha is independent of underlying model brands and does not imply their endorsement. Follow the AI disclosure and rules of any platform where you share.
Refunds, enforcement and disputes
The Refund Policy explains payment refunds separately from task-credit returns. The Acceptable Use Policy governs prohibited material, reports and account restrictions. We may pause unsafe or unavailable features and remove violating content, with a support route to challenge mistakes. Contact pawchacha@mifanlab.com first with the relevant order or task identifier. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer remedies, applicable court rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be dated and communicated as appropriate.
