What changes when you pick a pack?
Generation uses credits. Buy any credit pack to unlock downloads and sharing; downloading does not use additional credits.

Pack access lets you download an eligible trial video as it was made. A 480p file stays 480p; an HD version needs a new generation.

Read the pet dance guideEach email address can receive the welcome amount shown in the studio only once, even after deleting and re-registering. Each template has its own fixed price per generated video. Check the selected template’s credit total and duration in the studio before confirming. A credit pack adds credits and download access; video quality follows the selected template.
The intended task flow releases held credits after a confirmed technical failure. A slow page is not enough to decide the outcome. Task-credit returns are separate from requests to refund a payment; both will have their own status.
It unlocks access to download eligible files, but does not remake them. A trial created at 480p keeps that resolution. Making an HD version is a separate generation with its own credit quote.
Each pack is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal or credit-expiry date. Checkout shows the final amount before payment. Please check pack availability before purchasing.
The balance changes after the order is verified. If the status is still pending, use Check payment status on the return page. Checking again follows the same order and does not buy another pack.
