How account, payment and media information supports the service, and how to request help or deletion.
Who handles your information
PawChaCha is an independently operated product under the mifanlab brand. Contact pawchacha@mifanlab.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, complaints, or details about the operator. The operator’s verified legal identity is provided privately to the payment provider; the brand name is not a registered-company claim.
Account, orders and security
We process your email, account identifier, sign-in records and session information to authenticate you and protect your account. Email verification uses our configured email delivery service. Credit movements, order identifiers, payment status and verification records support delivery, reconciliation, refunds and fraud prevention. Waffo hosts payment collection when checkout is enabled; do not send us card numbers or sign-in codes by email.
Photos, references and generated files
The studio prepares a selected photo in your browser and keeps a draft in session storage so you can return after sign-in. Uploading media to an enabled task sends it to our backend and the mifanai shared generation service for processing and delivery through the selected generation provider. Task records connect media, quotes and results to your account. The Cat Duet template uses MiniMax H3 through MiniMax’s official China API via mifanai. See AI Disclosure for model and audio details, and the studio for current availability. Do not upload sensitive personal documents or media you lack permission to use.
Service providers and browser storage
Our hosting and storage services deliver the website and protect operational records. Cloudflare R2 serves public site assets; Hostinger provides the support mailbox and its PawChaCha alias. Waffo processes checkout and payment verification. Necessary sign-in cookies maintain sessions; browser storage also remembers your language and in-progress drafts or checkout. Providers may process information outside your country. The Cat Duet template is processed through MiniMax’s official China API via mifanai. This policy does not promise a particular processing region or provider training policy.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 uses first-party analytics cookies and processes public-page visits, device/browser information and approximate geographic information to help us understand traffic. Google receives this information and may process it outside your country. We load the Google tag only after you allow analytics. We send public page paths without query strings or fragments, and do not send account identifiers, email addresses, uploaded media, prompts or payment details. Advertising signals, ad personalization and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. Declining does not affect the service. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or withdraw consent; withdrawal disables measurement and removes our analytics cookies from this browser. It does not erase information already processed by Google. Your choice is saved in browser storage.
Retention and deletion
Use Delete my data in the footer to request deletion of your account, owned uploads, generated files and remaining credits. Confirm your email and the irreversible scope. Active generation and unresolved payment states must be settled first. Remote media cleanup must succeed before account records are deleted or anonymized; failed cleanup can be retried. Hiding a task from your library alone is not a media-erasure request. We keep necessary transaction, security and deletion records to resolve disputes and prevent abuse, including a protected email identifier to prevent repeat welcome-credit claims. We do not promise immediate backup erasure. Contact support for the applicable retention details.
Your choices and policy changes
You can request access, correction, deletion or an explanation of processing at pawchacha@mifanlab.com. We may ask for proportionate account verification, without requesting your password. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this page. Material changes will be published here with an updated date and additional notice when appropriate.
