PawChaCha is for fictional pet dances. These restrictions apply to uploads, references, requests and results.
Sexual and child-unsafe content
Pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification and other NSFW sexual content are prohibited. Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming and any content that facilitates child exploitation are strictly prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
Violence, gore and hate
Do not upload or generate graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, instructions encouraging harm, threats or self-harm encouragement. Hate speech targeting protected groups, harassment and content intended to humiliate or endanger people or animals are prohibited.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use PawChaCha for face swaps, nudification, intimate-image compositing, celebrity or political impersonation, or fabricated evidence of a real person’s actions or endorsement. Consent does not make prohibited deepfake features acceptable. Incidental real-person media must be your own likeness or used with explicit permission; pet-only inputs are preferred.
Copyright, trademarks and access
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, including through unlicensed characters, logos, audio or movement references. Do not misrepresent affiliation or ownership. Do not access another user’s media or wallet, bypass safeguards, abuse welcome credits or overload the service.
Safety screening and review
Automatic request and output screening is currently disabled. You must follow this policy and review generated videos before sharing. We assess reports and may restrict access, remove violating content or suspend accounts. Report harmful results to our support address.
Reporting, removal and appeals
Report suspected violations to pawchacha@mifanlab.com with a task identifier or public link and a short explanation; do not attach illegal material. We assess reports, restrict access or remove content where warranted, and may suspend accounts or refuse prohibited requests. Contact the same address to challenge an error. Refund requests remain subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory law; this policy does not impose automatic forfeiture of all purchased credits.
